About Sound Healing
Sound healing could be looked at as a re-tuning. Throughout our day we are surrounded by
experiences that push and pull us in even the most subtle of ways. Overtime, unless we re-adjust
ourselves we can feel things accumulate which then begin to set into the body and hold tension.
With sound, the tension can relax and its source can be released.
Its then possible to return to a more grounded and balanced state of being.
Deeper and deeper into the atom, the building blocks of our physical reality, we find vibration.
String Theory. Which is still a theory. Yet, could everything we hear and feel moving through
the multi-sensory nature of our being, be an experience of vibration upon vibration?
Thus, could sound be what creates the very physical nature of our reality?
Here's a couple of videos about how sound affects us.

A study here suggests that Alzheimers could be treated with sound frequencies.
What happens with Alzheimers, is a part of the brain has a communication breakdown and isn't able to
communicate with itself. Thus, it doesn't recognize where it is or whom it's with. This breakdown is a
frequency disintegration which vibrates around 40 Hz. In this study, they have found that by using
sound therapy by emitting that vibration into the patient, the patient shows signs of recovery.
